The mission of San Benito County Association of Realtors® is to serve its members by providing the resources necessary for their pursuit of sales and marketing of real estate reflecting the rules and regulations of the California Department of Real Estate, the California Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors® promoting professionalism with strict adherence to the Code of Ethics.  We advocate the right to own, transfer and enjoy the use of real property and seek to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve.
